What Im seeing now as we head towards the home stretch is true artistry in motion. Paul, Roger and the entire team of subs brought together by Jeff and Andrew from Smith and Severson are all in the groove and are now working at an unbelievable clip. Simply rockin it! I can stop by the site in the morning, come back a few hours later and see new walls, new cement, new ceilings… Yesterday and today, Nicky helped Roger and Santiago move everything from the back building into storage containers in anticipation of demo of the back building on Monday. Windows being installed in the main hospital and discussion of landscaping and lighting now in the works. Were looking at a completed date of October 14th, yet regardless if the city give us or Cert of Occupancy the 1st, 2nd, or 3rd week of October this entire process has amazed me. I may even say been enjoyable. I truly have Paul and the entire team from Smith and Severson for running such an incredible machine here. Our new home is just a few short weeks away!!!
